WINSFORD MP, Antoinette Sandbach, has joined the fight against litter by backing The Great British Spring Clean.
The campaign, by environmental charity Keep Britain Tidy, takes place from March 3 to 5 and is set to be the nation’s biggest anti-litter campaign, inspiring 500,000 people across the UK to get out into their community, clean up litter and ensure their neighbourhood is one of which they can be proud.
Antoinette has shown her support, ahead of the Great British Spring Clean, to the many anti-litter heroes.
Allison Ogden-Newton, Keep Britain Tidy chief executive, said: “It was fantastic to see Antoinette come out and support our campaign.
“The Great British Spring Clean is about getting all Britons who care about their environment to take action and I’m looking forward to seeing lots of people out and about, contributing to cleaning up their communities on March 3, 4, and 5.”
