A DRIVER who was arrested on suspicion of drug driving after a serious crash on the Davenham Bypass was under the drug driving limit, it has been confirmed.
The 33-year-old man from Rudheath was arrested on December 9, following a crash at the junction with Jack Lane near Moulton.
The crash left an 18-year-old man from Crewe in ‘critical but stable’ condition in the days afterwards. He is now said to be recovering at home.
Following investigation, the Rudheath man has now been informed that no charges will be made against him as he was under the drug driving limit.
