Traffic in Winsford expected to ease with end of roadworks
TRAFFIC around Winsford is expected to ease this week with several roadworks scheduled to be completed.
Various roadworks have been causing delays on the roads in the town with 10 sets of roadworks currently active.
However, with seven of those ending today and tomorrow, Wednesday and Thursday, traffic problems are expected to ease around Winsford.
Two main completions that are expected to ease traffic congestion are the work being carried out Chester Road which has used temporary traffic lights since last week and reopening of one lane on the A54 Oakmere Road.
