FIREFIGHTERS tackled two fires in Winsford over the weekend.
One fire engine from Winsford was called to a blaze in Swanlow Lane last night at 10.55pm.
The fire involved a large amount of rubbish and firefighters used a hose reel to extinguish it.
Crews from Winsford and Middlewich tackled another fire in Saxon Crossway on Saturday at 12.42pm.
The fire was at a brick-built outbuilding.
Firefighters wore breathing apparatus and used a hose reel jet to put the fire out.
