A WINSFORD charity has issued their last call to grab tickets to jump aboard the Lady Diana for a relaxing three-hour cruise along the River Dee.

The fundraising cruise, which is in aid of the Neuromuscular Centre, will take place on Thursday, May 19.

Guests will jump aboard the Lady Diana to take in all the city centre sights, including the Duke of Westminster's stunning Eccleston Estate.

While aboard, guests will be treated to a 'Sailor's BBQ' and live entertainment from renowned Swing Band Go Country.

A spokesman for the Neuromuscular Centre said: “The Lady Diana is the largest and most prestigious of ChesterBoat's fleet, boasting spacious and comfortable seating, dancefloor, covered upper deck should it rain, and large windows which can be removed if the weather is warm.

“The vessel is wheelchair accessible, though the toilets on board cannot accommodate wheelchairs.

“However, there are nearby facilities on the riverside.”

The Neuromuscular Centre is a charity in Winsford that provides a range of services for people with muscular dystrophy, a severe and debilitating muscle wasting condition.

Guests are asked to arrive no later than 7pm at the Moorings, in order for the cruise to depart at 7.30pm prompt. The boat will return at 10.30pm.

Tickets for the cruise cost £22.50 per person and include BBQ. To purchase tickets visit nmcentre.com or phone the 01606 861733.
