WINSFORD’s MP is running a ballot for two tickets for the final Prime Minister's Questions session before Christmas.

The session will take place in the House of Commons on Wednesday, December 16.

Each week at noon on Wednesday when the House of Commons sits, sees the Prime Minister face a grilling from Members of Parliament from all political parties on any issue they wish to raise.

For the Leader of the Opposition it is their opportunity to question the Prime Minister directly across the Despatch Box leading to often fraught and tense scenes.

Prime Minister's Questions is widely regarded as the show piece of high drama in the House of Commons.

Ms Sandbach said: “Prime Minister's Questions shows the cut and thrust of politics up close each week in the Commons and I encourage the residents of Eddisbury to apply for the ballot to win the two tickets to come to the Houses of Parliament and see Prime Ministers Questions”

To enter the ballot send the name and address of two individuals to felix.parkersmith@parliament.uk along with a contact telephone number and email address.

The winner will be drawn at random and notified on Wednesday, December 2.
