A BAND from Winsford are releasing a new single following months of performing at festivals across the UK and Europe.

'Bring All This Together' by The Luka State will be released on November 27 via Project Records.

The four-piece are made up of Conrad Ellis, on lead vocals and guitar, Sam Bell, on bass, Lewis Pusey, on guitar, and Jake Barnabas, on drums.

Their self-produced new single was mixed by Tarek Musa from Spring Kings, who was chosen by the band because of his DIY ethic.

Frontman Conrad said: "He’s a guy who records his vocals in the bedroom and demos on a laptop.

"We felt that he would understand our music far better than someone with a half million pound mixing-desk."

The Luka State's origins stem from when Conrad, who went to Verdin High School, and Sam, who went to Woodford Lodge, met at New Images Youth Club, in Winsford, when they were 12.

They formed a band and started playing music then, not stopping throughout different incarnations of the band, which settled on its current line-up in 2012.

When asked to describe the new single The Luka State said: "It's about love and a sense of belonging to someone, making sense of things.

"When something clicks inside of you and you know you just have to follow your gut feeling. Trust your instincts."

The Cheshire four-piece already boast more than 1.2 million views on their YouTube channel and have enjoyed UK radio airplay support from BBC 6 Music, BBC Introducing and Kerrang! Radio amongst others.

The Luka State were invited to headline the Canadian Indie Week festival in Toronto in October and will play a European tour in November, with UK dates to follow shortly.
