A WINSFORD charity is appealing to primary schools to put the fun in fundraising.
The NeuroMuscular Centre, based in Winsford, provide a range of services for young people and adults with muscular dystrophy, a severe and debilitating muscle wasting condition.
Now in its twenty-fifth year, the NeuroMuscular Centre is seeking the support of Winsford primary schools to raise funds as part of their Silver Piggy Bank Appeal.
The Silver Piggy Bank Appeal is a fundraising initiative the charity has launched for the whole of 2015.
Schools that sign up will receive a Piggy Pack filled with fun fund-raising ideas along with a Silver Piggy Bank for each class in the school.
Once the Piggy Bank is filled the school will then receive a Piggy Certificate to showcase how much they have raised.
For more information or to request a Piggy Pack, contact Amy Swatkins in the NeuroMuscular Centre’s Fundraising Office on 01606 861733.
