Winsford man dies after one vehicle crash
A WINSFORD man has died following a road traffic collision near Ellesmere Port.
The man, who has not yet be named, died after his car left the road near the Strawberry roundabout in Whitby Lane, near Backford.
The vehicle left the road and collided with the embankment, rolling onto its roof at around 10.18am on Sunday, August 24.
Two fire engines from Ellesmere Port attended the incident.
Crews removed the roof of the vehicle and handed the incident over to police and paramedics.
