WINSFORD police were called to a large disturbance in Seven Walk on the evening of Friday, July 11.
A skirmish between neighbours had taken place and other residents in the area left their houses entering the street.
A spokesman for Winsford neighbourhood policing team said: “When patrols arrived they were faced with a hostile situation.
“Positive action was taken and four arrests were made, three for assault, one for drunk and disorderly behaviour.
“A male received a fixed penalty for disorder, a male and female received a caution for assault. The other male arrested was questioned about an assault and has been granted police bail.”
Further enquiries into the incident are being carried out.
