A new road accessing the houses would turn right off Springbank Crescent
NEW houses will be built on Greenfield land previously mooted as possible allotment space in Winsford.
The development, put forward by Winsford Town Council, will see five detached and two semi-detached homes, as well as associated landscaping and parking, buit on land off Springbank Crescent.
An auction of the land, with the associated planning approval, is now due to take place after Cheshire West and Chester planners gave a green light to the scheme.
