A WINSFORD charity is asking dog owners to take their hounds for a fundraising walk this summer.
The Neuromuscular Centre (NMC) wants to see pooches paraded around Westminster Park in Chester in May during the third annual Wag n’ Walk event.
The sponsored walk will comprise a leisurely two mile stroll, awards for the best dressed and best behaved dogs and a raffle with lots of dog-based prizes.
Owners who think their canine friend has what it takes to be crowned King or Queen, then visit www.nmcentre.com or call 01606 861733 for an entry form.
Entry £5 per dog, which includes a goody bag filled with dog treats. No minimum sponsorship requirement to take part.
The NMC provides a range of services for adults with muscular dystrophy.
