STAR of stage and screen Coleen Nolan is embarking on a career first 40 years after she rocketed to the top of the charts with The Nolans.

Now in her 50s, the singer and TV presenter has announced a solo tour, with a date at Warrington’s Parr Hall on Friday, February 15.

It has been four decades since the global hit, I’m in the Mood for Dancing, shot to the top of the charts and 10 years since The Nolans' sell-out reunion tour.

Now, for the first time in her music career, everyone’s favourite 'Loose Woman', Celebrity Big Brother winner and Daily Mirror columnist Coleen Nolan returns to her roots and is ready to hit the road with her Never Too Late tour.

Becki Mundy, from Parr Hall, said: "Coleen and her brilliant live band will perform some of the most popular “diva” anthems of all time alongside a selection of The Nolans’ greatest hits, in an evening of entertainment guaranteed to have audiences dancing in the aisles."

Coleen said: “I’m single and in my 50s so it’s now or never.

"I promise I will give you a night to remember.”

Coleen has recently been in the news over a row with former Celebrity Big Brother rival Kim Woodburn on Loose Women.

The 53-year-old has said she is taking a break from the show to concentrate on launching her solo tour.
