A HOST of stars from the world of sci-fi and fantasy are heading to Manchester for Comic Con.
The celebration of comics, films, anime, games and cosplay is coming to the city on Saturday and Sunday.
Special guests include Game Of Thrones’ James Cosmo, Red Dwarf’s Chris Barrie, Robert Llewellyn and Hattie Hayridge and Torchwood’s Kai Owen among many others.
Star Wars and Life’s Too Short actor Warwick Davis will also be taking to the stage with Robert Llewellyn on Saturday to promote their film, Ashens And The Quest For The Gamechild.
Comic Con was first brought to Manchester Central last year when hundreds of fans dressed to impress as their favourite film, game and anime icons.
There will be more stalls than you can shake a lightsaber at and can also get hands-on with upcoming games like Borderlands: The Pre Sequel and Evolve.
