GILFRED THOMAS JAMES JONES (GILLY) Doreen, Tracey, Caroline Mark and family wish to thank all family, friends and colleagues for their kind messages, sympathy cards and family flower tributes and for all the donations received for St Luke's hospice on their recent sad loss of a very dear husband, dad, grandad and a very dear friend who was loved by many. Special thanks to Derek and staff at Lightfoot's funeral services Northwich for their complete professionalism and comfort that was shown at all times. Thanks to Rev Elaine Ollman at St. Peter's Church Delamere for a beautiful service and big thanks to staff at Hartford Golf club. Finally to the district nurses for their care and concern they showed at all times on their visits to see him thank you.
